and created the Dual Titanium Plus Series for those individuals who will settle

system.
What makes this system so
special? The difference lies in its multiple tank design. Research has long
shown that a single filtration media alone cannot remove everything from today's
water; having a single media solution alone will not address the concerns from
our modern environment and much more protection is needed. The inadequate single
tank systems that combine different media together in the tank also pose a problem
when it comes to servicing since it is virtually impossible to separate these
media for replacement and proper maintenance.
The Dual Titanium Series
by AQUA SOLUTIONS eliminates the outdated single tank concept by meeting
the needs of consumers for more complete protection through a multiple tank
system. This design allows for, and ensures, proper servicing of all components
in order to provide maximum water quality for the homeowner.
Now let's take a look at
how it works. The first passage of the tap water is through
a 1.5 Cu.ft. High-grade activated, coconut shell Carbon. Carbon removes or reduces:
- Chlorine, Benzene, PCB's,
Taste & Odors
- Trihalomethanes, like
Chloroform
- Organic Volatile Compounds
In order to guarantee highest
efficiency and protection, the Carbon is back-flushed every 10 days. This tank
is placed ahead of the water softener unit so that the softening resins are
protected from chlorine break down, giving it prolonged life and efficiency.
The second tank contains 1.5 Cu.Ft. of high grade softening resins, giving you a high capacity water softener. Soft Water eliminates the nuisance associated
with hard water, eliminating hard water spots and deposits, softer skin and
shinier hair, spotless dishes and savings on soap and cleaning products, cleaner
clothes and many, many more countless benefits. The Fleck 7000 assures the most efficient salt or potassium usage possible and meets the new
California State Law Efficiency Standards (SB 1006).
